What You'll Be Doing
- Overseeing civils works (excavation, trenching, ducting, reinstatement)
- Ensuring full compliance with NRSWA, CDM & H&S regulations
- Working closely with clients, local authorities & internal teams
- Leading supervisors, subcontractors & regional civils teams
- Managing build quality, risks, audits & urgent civils responses
What We're Looking For:
- Strong civils/telecoms background with site supervision experience
- NRSWA accreditation + solid understanding of permit schemes
- Excellent leadership & communication skills
