As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities, building new clients, maintaining relationships, and expanding the company's reach.

  • Develop and implement a business development strategy for the UK telecom infrastructure market.
  • Generate new business opportunities with Tier 1 telecom companies, principal contractors, and network operators.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in Fibre deployment, 5G/mobile network installations, and telecom civils.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial agreements, and support tender submissions.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers across the industry.
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Proven business development experience within the UK telecom infrastructure sector.
  • An established network of contacts with Tier 1 telecom contractors, network operators, and major infrastructure clients.
  • Strong knowledge of fibre, telecom civils, mobile infrastructure, UG and OG network construction.
  • A successful track record of winning new business and securing framework agreements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify profitable opportunities.
  • A self-motivated, results-driven approach with the ability to work independently.
