The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic business opportunities in the fields of construction, telecom, data centre infrastructure, and manpower outsourcing sectors across the UK. The BDM will drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and position the company as a leading service provider in the region.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion & Strategy Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors. Develop go-to-market strategies for construction, telecom, and outsourcing services. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine offerings. Build pipeline of high-value prospects through networking and partnerships.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Understand client requirements and provide tailored service proposals. Conduct regular follow-ups and client meetings to ensure satisfaction. Resolve client concerns with a customer-centric approach.
- Tendering & Proposal Management: Lead preparation and submission of RFPs, tenders, and bids. Collaborate with technical and commercial teams for pricing and solutions. Ensure proposals align with client expectations and compliance requirements.
- Cross-Sector Business Development: Promote services across telecom infrastructure rollout, civil works, and data centres. Identify workforce requirements and offer manpower solutions. Attend industry events and represent the company at exhibitions and forums.
