Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our fiber optic network deployment projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications and a proven track record in managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience managing fiber optic network deployments (FTTx, FTTH, etc.)
  • Familiarity with optical fiber testing, troubleshooting, and splicing equipment.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards (ITU-T, IEEE, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with contract negotiation and vendor management.
  • Experience with Fibrous Build or similar fiber deployment technologies is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in tools such as GIS, AutoCAD, or other network planning software.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, particularly within the telecommunications or fixed network sectors.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
  • Implement engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure profitability and successful execution of projects.
  • Analyze profitability, revenue, margins, risks and utilization across projects.
  • 0% loss to company due to the project.
  • Deliver high-level deliverables across projects.
  • Measure the profitability of fixed network deployment.

Salary Range: GBP 0 - 3500 per Month
