We’re looking for a technically strong and proactive 3rd Line Support Engineer with solid networking experience to join a thriving IT services team supporting schools across the UK. This is a great opportunity to use your technical expertise to make a real impact in the education sector.
What you’ll do:
- Act as the senior technical escalation point for 2nd and 3rd line incidents, with a strong focus on network-related issues
- Configure, deploy, and support routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure across multi-site school environments
- Lead IT projects from planning to implementation
- Deliver on-site and remote technical support and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing
