Role: Senior Modern Workplace Engineer Salary: £40,000- £43,000 per annum Location: Reading We are representing our client, an innovative IT services provider, who are seeking a Senior Modern Workplace Engineer to join their team. The Senior Modern Workplace Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of Modern Workplace solutions, with a particular focus on Microsoft 365 and associated technologies. The successful candidate will act as a senior point of escalation, provide technical leadership, and ensure projects are delivered to high standards. Key Responsibilities * Provide advanced support of Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Intune, Teams, SharePoint). * Act as the technical escalation point for complex incidents and service requests. * Deliver client-focused solutions that align with security and compliance best practices. * Support migration and adoption projects across modern workplace platforms. * Implement Conditional Access policies for secure access control Your Skills and Experience * Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, and related services. * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Sentinel & Azure AD * Knowledge of PowerShell scripting * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. * Relevant certifications (MS-500, SC-200, SC-300,AZ-500) desirable
