Were looking for a Service Operations Administrator to join a busy and supportive Service Desk team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career within a global technology business where youll play a key role in supporting service operations, analysing data and helping improve business processes.

No two days are the same, and youll work closely with engineers, finance and internal teams to ensure service information is accurate, reports are up to date and operations run smoothly.

What youll be doing Managing warranty and parts administration processes.

Producing reports and analysing service data.

Investigating discrepancies and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Maintaining customer records and service documentation.

Supporting cost analysis and business reporting.

Liaising with engineers, managers and internal departments to resolve queries.

Assisting with dashboards and performance reporting.

Helping to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.

What were looking for Previous administration experience within a busy office environment.

Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

A proactive approach with great problem-solving ability.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across different teams.

Experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools would be advantageous.

Experience with service management systems (such as Vale) is beneficial but not essential.
