Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a Technical Account Manager for a growing MSP based in Farnham, Surrey? Salary : £32,000-£35,000 Location : Sandhurst & Farnham This is a Technical Account Manager position split across two elements: three days per week as the dedicated on-site TAM for a key client in Sandhurst, and two days per week in Farnham supporting a varied portfolio of clients.
Main Duties of the Role Act as the dedicated Technical Account Manager for a key client in Sandhurst, on-site around 3 days per week Provide varied technical account support across a wider client base from the Farnham office for the remaining 2 days Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of users, from technical to non-technical Carry out laptop builds and configuration Manage Microsoft 365 administration and user support Monitor the ticket system closely, following up on any tickets that have been open longer than expected Produce clear, well-written reports for the client Your Skills and Experience Experience within a similar Technical Account Manager or client-facing IT support role Confident and professional communicator, both written and verbal Comfortable writing reports Good technical understanding of laptop builds and Microsoft 365 Full UK driving licence & car
