Xact Placements Limited in Oxford is seeking a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join a client-facing MSP team. You will resolve complex IT issues, support client infrastructure, and contribute to changes within a structured MSP environment.
You will act as the escalation point for 1st and 2nd line, own complex tickets end-to-end, diagnose root causes, maintain high first-time fix rates, and perform infrastructure maintenance, patching, migrations and new implementations while coordinating with clients.
