We are recruiting on behalf of our client who are in EdTech supporting schools across the UK. The business develops cloudâbased solutions that help schools use technology and data to improve outcomes.
They are looking for a Senior Python Developer with Team Lead experience to join their engineering team. You will lead development, set technical standards and support the delivery of scalable, cloudânative products.
Main Duties of the Role:
- Lead the design and development of scalable Python applications
- Provide technical leadership within an Agile environment
- Design and maintain AWSâbased systems using InfrastructureâasâCode
- Set best practices across development, testing and deployment
- Mentor developers and contribute to technical innovation
Your Skills and Experience:
- 6+ years' Python development experience, including leadership at senior level
- Strong AWS and InfrastructureâasâCode experience
- Experience with APIs, microservices, CI/CD and containerisation
- Agile delivery and team leadership experience
- EdTech or eLearning exposure desirable
