We’re recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking Managed Service Provider. They’re looking for an Account Manager to join their growing team – someone who understands education, loves technology, and thrives on building strong client relationships.
The Role:
You’ll lead both account management and business development, working with primary schools, secondary schools, and MATs across London. Your mission: help schools improve outcomes through smarter tech adoption.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for school improvement through IT
- Upsell services to existing school clients
- Introduce services to new schools and decision-makers
- Collaborate with Account Managers and report to the Commercial Manager
- Regularly travel to schools across London
About You:
You’ve got a solid background in the education sector and understand how schools operate – from classroom needs to leadership priorities. You’re confident talking to heads, tech-savvy, and driven to make a difference.
Your Experience
- Experience in primary and/or secondary education
- Strong grasp of the school improvement agenda
- Confident communicator with school leaders
- Excellent organisation and presentation skills
- Passion for IT and strong technical knowledge
- Self-motivated, proactive and customer-focused
Package:
- £35,000 – £42,000 basic salary
- Bonus scheme based on targets
