1st/2nd Line IT Support – St Albans
We’re looking to speak with an experienced 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to work onsite in St Albans. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer facing role and enjoys solving problems.
You’ll be the face of IT support – responding to tickets, resolving hardware/software issues, setting up devices, and supporting end users. You\’ll also help manage IT assets and assist with system updates and projects.
