Salary: £32,000-£35,000
Location: Sandhurst & Farnham
This is a Technical Account Manager position split across two elements: three days per week as the dedicated on-site TAM for a key client in Sandhurst, and two days per week in Farnham supporting a varied portfolio of clients.
Main Duties of the Role
- Act as the dedicated Technical Account Manager for a key client in Sandhurst, on-site around 3 days per week
- Provide varied technical account support across a wider client base from the Farnham office for the remaining 2 days
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of users, from technical to non-technical
- Carry out laptop builds and configuration
- Manage Microsoft 365 administration and user support
- Monitor the ticket system closely, following up on any tickets that have been open longer than expected
- Produce clear, well-written reports for the client
Your Skills and Experience
- Experience within a similar Technical Account Manager or client-facing IT support role
- Confident and professional communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable writing reports
- Good technical understanding of laptop builds and Microsoft 365
- Full UK driving licence & car
