We're working with a growing and well-established IT services provider looking to add a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to their support team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with MSP experience looking to further develop their technical skills in a fast-paced environment while gaining exposure to a broad range of technologies and client environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing 2nd line technical support to a diverse client base
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and network issues
- Supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Managing and resolving incidents and service requests within SLA targets
- Escalating complex issues where required
- Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting desktop, laptop and user account administration
- Assisting with ongoing IT projects and system improvements
- 1-2+ years' experience within an IT Support or Service Desk role
- Previous MSP experience highly desirable
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding abilities
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
- Ability to work onsite in Letchworth Garden City 3 days per week
- Annual bonus scheme eligible (typically worth around £1,600)
