Sales Executive – Spanish Speaking Are you a confident sales professional fluent in Spanish and English? Our client, an international leader in financial software and managed services, is looking for a Spanish-speaking Sales Executive to join their high-performing London-based team. This hybrid role offers the chance to work in a global environment, selling innovative fintech solutions to leading financial institutions. As a Sales Executive, you\’ll be responsible for expanding the company’s presence across Spain and Portugal . You\’ll manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, while also hunting for new opportunities to build a strong and profitable pipeline. Working closely with a Senior Sales Executive, you\’ll present strategic solutions that help streamline post-trade and financial operations for top-tier banks, asset managers, and payment firms. This role is ideal for someone who understands the financial services landscape, is commercially astute, and thrives in a collaborative, target-driven setting. Generate new business leads and drive growth across Spanish-speaking regions. Lead outbound sales activity and engage with prospects through calls and marketing-supported campaigns. Deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations alongside pre-sales experts. Maintain an up-to-date and accurate sales pipeline and forecasts. Represent the company at key industry events and conferences. Log all sales activity and engagement in CRM systems (Salesforce experience is an advantage). Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written). Strong background in B2B sales within the financial services sector – ideally in areas such as payments, finance, post-trade, compliance, or middle and back-office functions. Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and winning new business. Experience engaging with senior executives and C-level decision-makers. Willingness to travel when needed. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field preferred.
