A fast growing Creative Agency based in London, specialising in strategic marketing, brand storytelling, content creation, and design is looking for a Traffic Manager to join the team on a permanent basis!

Seeking a proactive, highly organised Traffic Manager to join a passionate and talented team. This pivotal role will be the operational heartbeat of the agency, ensuring seamless workflow, effective resource allocation, and timely delivery of projects across multiple teams and disciplines.
You’ll work closely with creatives, strategists, producers, account leads, and freelancers to manage scheduling, prioritise workloads, and optimise delivery processes. Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day workflow management across creative, strategy, and production teams
- Build and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and workloads are balanced
- Allocate resources based on team capacity, project priorities, and skill sets
- Act as a key liaison between departments to facilitate communication and resolve workflow issues quickly and effectively
- Manage and maintain freelancer relationships including sourcing, booking, negotiating rates, raising POs, and ensuring smooth onboarding
- Proven experience (3+ years) in traffic, studio, or operations management within a creative, advertising, or marketing environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Experience managing a hybrid team structure, with a mix of full-time staff and freelancers
- Comfortable working under pressure and in fast-paced environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Financial acumen related to freelance bookings, POs, and rate negotiation
