We're seeking a hands-on Technical Scrum Master to support a major national infrastructure programme. This is not a traditional Scrum Master role - we're looking for someone with strong technical credibility in Java and Spring Boot microservices who can lead Agile delivery while challenging engineering decisions and driving technical excellence.
Location: Hybrid – Solihull (2 days/week) + occasional travel to Croydon
Contract: Initial 3–6 month contract with strong extension potential
