As a Senior Solutions Manager – Enterprise Payments, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing customized payment solutions for large-scale enterprise clients. This individual will leverage their extensive knowledge in acquiring, issuing, and payment ecosystems to work closely with enterprise customers, including major marketplaces and platforms, to optimize their payment acceptance and processing strategies.
The Senior Solutions Manager will utilize their analytical and technical expertise to ensure the seamless integration of payment solutions, contributing to both revenue growth and operational efficiency for clients.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with enterprise clients to assess their acquiring and issuing needs, transaction flows, and operational challenges.
- Provide data-driven insights to optimize payment solutions, including analysis of cost structures (e.g., interchange, scheme fees) and settlement flows.
- Develop customized payment solutions, integrating multi-channel payment acceptance, embedded finance, and card issuance strategies.
- Prepare ROI-driven proposals, including cost-benefit analysis and compliance considerations.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and external partners to ensure smooth implementation of acquiring/issuing solutions.
- Assist with API integration planning and troubleshooting for enterprise clients.
- Provide technical documentation, training, and continuous support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on trends in payment technology, card schemes, and regulatory changes impacting enterprise payments.
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark industry best practices to refine solution offerings.
- Provide strategic recommendations to internal teams based on data analysis and market insights.
- Graduate-level education in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the payments/fintech industry, with a strong focus on acquiring, issuing, and large-scale enterprise payment solutions or product development.
- Experience working with major marketplaces, digital platforms, and online-offline retailers.
- Familiarity with card schemes, payment processors, and API-based payment integrations.
- Prior experience with large corporations in Payment/Banking or Business Development roles is advantageous.
- Previous work with major card schemes or acquirers is a plus.
- Strong understanding of acquiring, issuing, and global payment ecosystems.
- Proficiency in interpreting transaction data, pricing structures, and risk assessments.
- Experience with API integrations, payment flows, and enterprise-level payment architecture.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges in payment workflows.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
