The Role
As Head of Technology, you will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s technology vision, ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions that power international payment flows. This is a hands-on leadership role, blending technical depth with strategic oversight. You will work closely with the senior leadership team, product, and operations to drive innovation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technology function, including software engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, and architecture.
- Develop and implement the overall technical roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure systems meet the highest standards of security, compliance, and scalability, particularly in regulated financial environments.
