As part of their continued journey, they’re offering the opportunity for a SIPP Operations Associate to join their team.
As a SIPP Operations Associate, you’ll support daily processes for their SIPP clients, working closely with the SIPP Operations Manager and their external administrator. This hands-on role offers exposure to pension operations, regulation, and collaboration with Product, Client Experience, and Compliance teams.
Key Requirements of the SIPP Operations Associate include:- Handle SIPP tasks such as transfers, drawdowns, and tax reclaims.
- Coordinate with the external SIPP administrator to ensure timely, accurate processing.
- Address SIPP queries escalated by Client Services.
- Support reconciliations, data checks, and exception reporting.
- Maintain records in line with regulatory standards.
- Help document and improve internal processes.
- Work with Investment Operations and other teams to enhance efficiency and client experience.
- Experience in financial services, ideally in pensions, investments, or operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear communicator, confident with internal and external stakeholders.
- Quick learner, able to understand complex products and regulations.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Process-focused, with an interest in efficiency and client service.
