An innovative engineering company working on advanced energy and drilling technologies is seeking an Electronics Technician to join its team. This is a hands-on role focused on the assembly, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic and electromechanical systems operating in demanding environments. You’ll support the transition from prototype builds into commercial deployment, working closely with engineering and operations teams.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble, test, calibrate, and maintain electronic systems
- Diagnose and repair faults using standard test equipment
- Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and technical documentation
- Maintain accurate service, test, and calibration records
- Support continuous improvement of build and test processes
- Work safely and in line with HSE and quality procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in electronics or electromechanical assembly, testing, and repair
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Confident using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and hand tools
- Soldering experience
