Salary: Up to £85,000 DOE

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

A boutique consultancy specialising in capital markets is looking for a Senior Consultant to join their growing, expert-led team. The firm is recognised for delivering high-quality solutions across collateral management, post-trade, securities finance, digital assets (crypto, tokenisation, custody), risk, treasury and sustainability.

In this role, you’ll work directly with leading financial institutions, taking ownership of impactful projects from day one. This is an opportunity to combine deep technical expertise with strategic delivery in a collaborative, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Consultant (Digital Assets) include:

• Lead vendor assessments and selection processes to ensure best-fit solutions for clients
• Design, plan, and manage testing strategies – covering scripting, execution, and oversight
• Drive successful go-live implementations, ensuring smooth transition to full-scale operations
• Define and shape target operating models to support client efficiency and future growth

Key Requirements of the Senior Consultant (Digital Assets) include:

• Previous experience working at a Capital Markets consultancy, focused on Digital Assets
• Strong background in derivatives or securities finance products
• Proven expertise in collateral management
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels
