Our client - an innovative scaling leader in FX Payments, is looking for multiple highly motivated Business Development Managers (BDMs) to join their London sales team, focusing on driving business growth and expanding their market presence. The BDM will play a crucial role in helping our client achieve their revenue targets, leveraging a passion for sales and market analysis.
With strategic thinking and dynamic problem-solving, this role will help overcome challenges in a competitive landscape and position our client as a leader in the industry. The BDM will work closely with one of the client’s skilled Head of Desks who are the top in the industry, gaining valuable industry insights and support to enhance performance. Alongside the Head of Desks and Sales Director, the BDM will also receive full training on FX and Sales, and mentorship, equipping them with the tools needed for success. Our client seeks a proactive and motivated individual eager to take ownership of their career development.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that lead to market expansion.
- Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the FX and payments industry.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective lead generation, qualification, and follow-up. Use CRM tools to track activities, manage client interactions, and generate sales performance reports.
- Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay up to date with developments in the payments industry, including new technologies and regulations. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve sales processes to keep the company agile and competitive.
2+ years of experience in outbound sales (recruitment, SaaS, estate agency, tech sales etc).
The BDM will be part of a collaborative team in the London office (central London). During the training in your first months with the business, it'll be 5 days in the office and post-training it'll be a hybrid-based role. The office environment encourages bonding, fun, and teamwork while maintaining a strong work ethic.
Salary: 50k basic salary with uncapped earning potential through a strong commission structure.
Stage 1: 20 min qualifying call or video call with X4 (recruiter)
Stage 2: 45-60 min FTF in client's office (central London)
Stage 3: Final FTF in office with short presentation / practice cold call
