A leading Microsoft partner is currently on the look out for a Power Platform Support Engineer to join their dynamic support team in Reading. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve client experiences. Your expertise will help ensure the Power Platform runs efficiently and effectively for a diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing frontline technical support for users of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Collaborating directly with customers to resolve technical challenges
- Documenting, tracking, and managing support issues via ticketing systems
- Working alongside developers to escalate and resolve complex cases
- Offering feedback to refine product functionality and user experience
- Staying current with Power Platform developments through training and continuous learning
Key Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (a plus)
