Support security of Operational Technology (OT) and industrial control system (ICS) environments across manufacturing and production sites, ensuring secure and stable operations. Manage and coordinate vulnerability identification, assessment, prioritisation, and remediation activities across OT assets and systems. Oversee and support patch management processes for OT environments, working with site teams to plan, test, and implement updates without impacting production. Conduct risk assessments for OT systems, changes, and known vulnerabilities, providing clear remediation recommendations aligned to operational constraints. Collaborate with engineering, automation, and site operations teams to ensure secure configuration and lifecycle management of OT systems and applications.
Required Experience
- Proven experience working in Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, or manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of vulnerability management processes, including scanning, risk scoring, prioritisation, and remediation planning in complex environments.
- Experience coordinating or executing patch management in production or high-availability environments with strict change control requirements.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux security hardening, including system configuration, baseline security controls, and lifecycle maintenance.
- Ability to assess operational and cybersecurity risk, communicate findings clearly, and work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in industrial environments.
