A well-established Managed service provider local to Woking is on the lookout for a M365 Engineer to come in and work on hands-on implementation projects for their end clients.
M365 Engineer Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver ongoing SharePoint enhancements and deploy new solutions as needed
- Troubleshoot and implement changes to improve system performance and reliability
- Assess business needs to recommend suitable M365 solutions
- Act as an escalation point for the service desk, supporting multiple tenants across M365, Azure, O365, and hosted apps
M365 Engineer Key Skills Required:
- Proven hands-on experience with Intune, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, PowerShell, Azure, and Exchange
- Experience with Microsoft Autopilot
- Track record of delivering Modern Workplace solutions to internal or external clients
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and global admin responsibilities (desirable)
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Logical, analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail
