A fast-growing business is seeking an experienced M365 Trainer to join on an Outside IR35 contract basis. This role is fully remote and focuses on helping the organisation get the most out of Microsoft 365 productivity tools.
M365 Trainer Role Overview
The M365 Trainer will design and deliver engaging training sessions to empower employees to use Microsoft 365 effectively, with a particular focus on Teams, Planner, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Outlook. The role aims to drive adoption, enhance collaboration, and increase productivity across the business.
- Deliver remote training workshops tailored to business users at all levels
- Create clear, accessible learning materials, guides, and quick tips
- Share best practices and practical scenarios for Teams, Planner, and other M365 tools
- Support ongoing adoption through Q&A sessions, drop-ins, and refresher training
- Act as a trusted advisor on productivity within Microsoft 365
M365 Trainer Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as an M365 Trainer / Adoption Specialist
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Planner, and the wider M365 suite
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to engage remote learners and adapt to different learning styles
- Self-starter who can deliver impact quickly
