We are seeking a Senior Application Specialist to take technical ownership of a major rebuild of a globally used contract management / CRM platform.
This is a hands-on senior engineering role where you will lead development activity across a distributed team (US / UK / Europe), working closely with Product, UX/UI and QA to deliver a scalable, secure and high-performing application.
You will play a key role in rebuilding and modernising an in-house platform used by international commercial teams, ensuring clean architecture, strong engineering standards and reliable production releases.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead full-stack development across the application lifecycle
- Own technical design, documentation and implementation
- Work closely with Product and Business Analysis on functional/technical specs
- Drive sprint planning, estimations and retrospectives
- Collaborate with UX/UI to implement designs accurately
- Maintain high standards through TDD and automated testing
- Strong full-stack development background within LAMP environments
- 5+ years PHP experience (Laravel strongly preferred)
- Strong JavaScript, HTML and CSS skills
- Experience building scalable, secure and highly available systems
- Experience working in Agile / Kanban teams
