With a strong regulatory foundation and a product-led culture, we are building the next generation of cross-border payment solutions—faster, more transparent, and more cost-efficient than traditional systems.
The Role
We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead strategy and execution across our cross-border payments platform. This is a senior individual contributor role with high visibility, responsible for shaping critical product areas that power international money movement.
You will work at the intersection of payments infrastructure, FX, compliance, and customer experience, driving initiatives that scale globally while meeting complex regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and define the product strategy and roadmap for key cross-border payment capabilities
- Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end payment flows (initiation → routing → settlement → reconciliation)
- Drive optimisation of FX, pricing, and liquidity management across corridors
- Partner with Engineering, Compliance, Treasury, and Operations to deliver scalable, compliant solutions
- Own product discovery, translating customer and market needs into impactful features
- Improve payment speed, success rates, and cost efficiency across global corridors
- Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks (e.g. AML, KYC, local payment schemes)
- Mentor product managers and contribute to product best practices and culture
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years in Product Management, with significant experience in payments or fintech
- Deep understanding of cross-border payments, including SWIFT, local rails, FX, and settlement processes
- Experience building or scaling payment platforms, APIs, or financial infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of regulatory environments (AML, KYC, PSD2 or equivalent)
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact products at scale
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with real-time payments / alternative rails
- Exposure to multi-currency wallets or treasury systems
- Background in high-growth or scaling fintech environments
If you’re excited by solving complex global payment challenges and want to build products that move money faster and smarter across borders, we’d love to hear from you.
