Job Title: Head of Solutions Architecture
Location: Hybrid In Oxfordshire (2 days on-site)

We’re working with a fast-growing UK technology services provider seeking a Head of Solutions Architecture to lead and develop their pre‑sales and solutions engineering capability.
This is a senior, customer‑facing leadership role, combining hands‑on technical architecture, team leadership, and commercial support to the sales function.
Head of Solutions Architecture – Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects / Engineers
Act as senior technical authority supporting sales engagements
Attend key customer meetings to shape and validate solutions
Deliver high‑level presentations, demos, and workshops
Own solution quality across proposals, tenders, and scopes of work
Help define technical standards and pre‑sales best practice
Head of Solutions Architecture – Key Skills Required
Senior Solutions Architect or Technical Pre‑Sales background
Previous experience within an MSP or VAR environment
Broad technical understanding across:
Infrastructure & networking
Security & resilience
Experience leading or mentoring technical teams
Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder engagement skills
Confident presenting to senior customers and decision‑makers
