We are a specialist cyber security consultancy seeking an experienced CAF (Cyber Assessment Framework) Cyber Security Consultant to support multiple client engagements. This is a contract role starting immediately, initially for 3 months, delivering specific CAF assessments across a range of organisations and reporting findings back to our consultancy team and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end CAF assessments against the NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework
  • Engage with multiple clients to gather evidence, conduct interviews, and assess maturity
  • Evaluate organisational alignment against CAF objectives and principles
  • Produce clear, structured assessment reports, including gaps, risks, and recommendations
  • Present findings and updates to internal stakeholders and clients as required
  • Work independently while collaborating with our wider consultancy team

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Strong understanding of UK cyber security standards, risk management, and governance
  • Experience working with regulated or critical national infrastructure environments (desirable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly report writing
  • Ability to manage multiple assessments in parallel
  • Comfortable working remotely and autonomously

Duration: Initial 3 months (strong potential for extension)
