X4 Technology is working with a global energy organisation undergoing a major UEM and digital workplace transformation. They are looking for a Contract Solution Architect (UEM Transformation) to lead enterprise endpoint modernisation across automation, compliance and next-generation workplace platforms.
You will architect and deliver large-scale UEM transformation initiatives focused on zero-touch deployment, device lifecycle management, endpoint automation, compliance and policy management across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS and Android Enterprise environments. Working closely with engineering, security, operations and business teams, you will help shape scalable, secure and future-ready workplace solutions. The role combines hands-on architecture delivery with governance, stakeholder engagement and high-level solution design across strategic enterprise transformation programmes.
Requirements:
- Strong enterprise UEM transformation experience across Intune, Workspace ONE, Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise, including device modernisation, Autopilot, ABM/DEP, Android Zero Touch, compliance and zero-touch enrolment strategies.
- Proven expertise delivering endpoint automation initiatives across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS and Android environments, covering automated application deployment, configuration management, policy orchestration, testing and Infrastructure as Code.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale endpoint and digital workplace architecture initiatives within complex global environments, including architecture governance, HLD production, enterprise modelling and frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate and BiZZdesign.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to drive automation and optimisation initiatives using analytics and tooling such as PowerBI, QlikView, Python and R across architecture, engineering, operations, security and business teams in fast-paced agile environments.
This is an initial 6-month contract supporting a major global workplace transformation initiative with strong extension potential beyond the initial term.
