X4 Technology is partnered with a global energy organisation delivering a major autonomous workspace and endpoint transformation programme. They are seeking a Contract Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale UEM and digital workplace architecture across automation, compliance and modern endpoint platforms.
You will drive end-to-end solution architecture across large-scale workspace initiatives, partnering with engineering, security, operations and business teams to deliver scalable, secure and future-ready solutions. The role focuses on modern UEM environments across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS and Android Enterprise, with a strong emphasis on automation, device lifecycle management, enrolment, compliance and configuration management.
Alongside architecture delivery, you will support governance, stakeholder engagement and high-level design documentation across strategic enterprise IT programmes.
- Device Lifecycle & Enrollment Management – Autopilot, ABM/DEP, Android Zero Touch, compliance & profiles
- UEM Automation & Configuration – automated app/device management, policies, testing scale operations
- Proven experience leading enterprise workspace and endpoint architecture across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS and Android environments, with strong capabilities in automation, Infrastructure as Code, policy management, testing and scalable UEM transformation initiatives
- Strong architecture governance and stakeholder management experience, including high-level solution design, enterprise modelling (TOGAF, ArchiMate, BiZZdesign) and identifying automation opportunities through analytics and tooling such as PowerBI, QlikView, Python and R in fast-paced agile environments
This is an initial 6-month contract supporting a major global workplace transformation initiative with strong extension potential beyond the initial term. X4 Technology has an established relationship with the client and has successfully placed over 150 contractors across the business to date, many of whom have been extended 3-4+ years.
