Contract: 6 months initial (likely extension to 12)
X4 Technology are partnered with a leading commodities organisation undertaking a major transformation project to design and deliver a common non-trade payment clearing process across multiple ETRM and ERP platforms. The organisation currently operates several ETRM systems and ERP environments across different business units, with teams working across separate platforms and instances. This role will lead the end-to-end standardisation and centralisation of non-trade payment clearing processes, integrating them seamlessly into the wider ERP landscape.
You will work with finance, operations and technology stakeholders to own current-state discovery, requirements gathering, future-state design, solution evaluation/proposal (vendor and/or bespoke) and eventual delivery through to implementation.
Requirements of the Contract Business Analyst (Payment Clearing):
- Proven BA experience on payment clearing transformation programmes within complex enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of payment workflows, finance operations and integration into ERP ecosystems
- Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and requirements gathering capabilities
- Commodities experience beneficial, though broader Financial Services equally relevant
- Accounting background highly advantageous
