We are seeking an experienced Cisco Collaboration Consultant with active DV (Developed Vetting) clearance to support a high-profile programme. This role will involve delivering, optimising, and supporting Cisco collaboration technologies within a secure enterprise environment. Hybrid working is available, with on-site presence required in London as part of the engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Design, deployment, and support of Cisco collaboration solutions.
- Implementation and configuration across voice, video, and unified communications platforms.
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues and performing root cause analysis.
- Working closely with stakeholders, project teams, and security teams in a secure environment.
- Producing technical documentation and knowledge transfer where required.
- Active DV clearance (mandatory).
- Strong experience with Cisco Collaboration technologies, including: CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager), Cisco Unity Connection, Webex (Calling, Meetings, Messaging).
- Experience in secure or government environments is highly desirable.
- Proven consulting or project delivery background.
- Hybrid working model (London-based site attendance required).
3–6 month initial term with potential extension.
