We are recruiting a Business Development Manager on behalf of our client, a global treasury and FX solutions provider. This role is focused on generating new business and managing relationships for their corporate, institutional, and private clients.
You will help clients optimise treasury processes, manage currency risk, and access a full suite of FX and financial products - including spot FX, forwards and hedging strategies. This is a highly commercial, target-driven role with uncapped lifetime commission for every successful client relationship you build.
- Identify and source new business opportunities for our client across key sectors
- Cold call, network and secure meetings with prospective clients
- Manage the full onboarding process for new client accounts
- Open corporate and private accounts for clients
- Attend relevant industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
Understanding of AML, KYC and regulatory requirements when managing client accounts.
Proven experience in foreign exchange (FX) and knowledge of financial markets.
Target-driven with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
High work ethic and ability to manage a fast-paced, client-facing sales role.
Experience in financial services, corporate treasury, or FX sales is highly desirable.
£30,000 – £50,000 base salary (depending on experience).
Career development into senior sales, treasury management or FX dealing roles.
Exposure to a diverse range of corporate, institutional and private clients.
