Having built a strong reputation within the HR tech and fintech market, the company is continuing to scale internationally and is now looking to appoint a high-performing Sales Executive to join its London team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with payments experience who is motivated by new business generation, strong earning potential, and career progression within a high-growth environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business revenue across the UK market, identifying prospective clients, building pipeline, and converting opportunities through a consultative sales approach. The role suits a proactive hunter who is comfortable owning the full sales cycle and engaging senior decision-makers within growing and enterprise organisations.
- Own the full new business sales cycle from lead generation through to close
- Identify target accounts and execute strategic outbound sales campaigns
- Deliver consultative product demonstrations and commercial proposals
- Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM management
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Minimum 3+ years’ experience within payments, fintech, or payroll technology
Proven success in new business/hunter-style B2B sales roles
Good understanding of payments infrastructure, payroll solutions, or financial technology products
Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Strong commercial acumen with confident negotiation and closing skills
Based within commuting distance of London for hybrid working
Exposure to international payroll, cross-border payments, or workforce technology
Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools
