We’re working with an innovative medical device development company building next-generation technology, and they’re looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer to join them on a high-paying, 6-month Outside IR35 contract. This role is ideal for an experienced contractor who enjoys owning the full electronics lifecycle and contributing to cutting-edge products that make a real-world impact. The client can offer a rough 50/50 onsite and remote working split.
What you’ll be doing
- Full lifecycle electronics development – from specification through design, test, and validation
- PCB design and schematic capture using Altium
- Supporting and contributing to electronics and power electronics testing
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in end-to-end electronics design (spec → design → test)
- Strong Altium PCB design & schematic experience
- Comfortable supporting electronics / power electronics testing
Nice to have (not essential)
- Experience in medical devices
- Exposure to power electronics
Medical device and power electronics experience are desirable but not required – strong lifecycle design capability is the key requirement.
