Job Type: Contract (Outside IR35)

Hourly Rate: £70-100/hour (depending on seniority)

Location: London / Remote

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and consultation to start-ups, scale-ups & SMEs based on your respective legal specialism (commercial law, employment law etc.)
  • Provide proactive and impartial guidance in line with company policies on specific legal matters
  • Interpreting laws and regulations, advising clients on their rights, obligations, and risk
  • Drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, as well as reviewing existing documents for compliance.
  • Keeping abreast of changes in legislation and case law

Required Experience

  • 7+ years as a specialist Law Consultant
  • Previous experience working at a Top 50 Law Firm
  • UK qualified lawyer with relevant qualifications based on legal specialism and/or membership of professional legal associations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills
