We’re working with a fast-growing UK technology services provider seeking a Head of Solutions Architecture to lead and develop their pre-sales and solutions engineering capability. This is a senior, customer-facing leadership role, combining hands-on technical architecture, team leadership, and commercial support to the sales function.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects / Engineers
- Act as senior technical authority supporting sales engagements
- Attend key customer meetings to shape and validate solutions
- Deliver high-level presentations, demos, and workshops
- Own solution quality across proposals, tenders, and scopes of work
- Help define technical standards and pre-sales best practice
- Senior Solutions Architect or Technical Pre-Sales background
- Previous experience within an MSP or VAR environment
- Broad technical understanding across:
- Cloud (Azure / Microsoft 365)
- Infrastructure & networking
- Security & resilience
