Job Title: Head of Implementation

Location: London (hybrid)

Salary: Up to £160,000 DOE

A fast‑growing fintech specialising in fraud prevention and risk management, helping businesses worldwide protect their customers and revenue are on the lookout for a strategic leader to join their team and drive successful implementations of our solutions for their clients.

The Role:

As Head of Implementation, you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of our solutions to clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, integration, and adoption. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to create scalable processes that ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation team, fostering a high‑performing, client‑focused culture.
• Own the full implementation lifecycle for enterprise and SME clients.
• Develop and standardise processes, templates, and best practices for implementation projects.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to address technical challenges and improve client experience.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within implementation workflows.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on best practices and risk mitigation strategies.

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading client implementations or professional services teams, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or fraud prevention.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results on time.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with experience scaling teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Technical aptitude to understand integrations, APIs, and data flows.
