This is an exciting opportunity to work on advanced digital hardware and embedded systems, taking designs from strong initial architecture through to real-world hardware /strong . /p p 🔧 The Role /p p You’ll be involved across the FPGA development lifecycle, working on sophisticated systems and solving complex engineering challenges. /p p Your experience could include: /p ul li FPGA architecture and digital design /li li VHDL and/or Verilog development /li li FPGA simulation, verification and hardware testing /li li High-speed digital interfaces and reusable IP /li li Timing closure, optimisation and resource utilisation /li li Embedded processing and real-time data handling /li li DSP, signal and sensor processing /li li System integration, debugging and laboratory testing /li li FPGA/SoC platforms, including Xilinx Zynq /li /ul p 🧠 What Were Looking For /p p You strong dont need experience in every area /strong . We’re interested in FPGA Engineers with strong core skills who are keen to broaden their experience and work on technically interesting systems. /p p You’ll ideally have: /p ul li Commercial FPGA development experience /li li Strong VHDL and/or Verilog skills /li li Experience across some or all of the FPGA development lifecycle /li li A good understanding of digital design, FPGA architecture and verification /li li Experience with tools such as Vivado, Quartus, ModelSim or QuestaSim /li /ul p Experience with strong SoC platforms, high-speed interfaces, DSP, MATLAB, Python/Tcl, MBSE or safety-critical systems /strong would be advantageous. /p p We’re also open to engineers from a variety of technical backgrounds, including strong defence, aerospace, automotive, communications, industrial, semiconductor and other technology-led industries /strong . /p p br /p p 💰 Package Benefits /p ul li strong Salary up to £75,000 /strong depending on experience /li li 📍 strong Hampshire – 3 days per week onsite /strong /li li 🏖️ strong 26 days holiday + bank holidays /strong /li li Bupa healthcare /li li 🎉 strong 1 additional days holiday for every year of service /strong /li li 💻 Work with advanced FPGA and embedded technology /li li 🧩 Technically varied projects and challenging engineering problems /li li 🤝 Highly experienced multidisciplinary engineering environment /li li 📈 Strong long-term career development opportunities /li li 🎁 Excellent benefits package including 7% pension employer contribution /li /ul p br /p p 🚀 Why This Opportunity? /p p This is a great role for an FPGA Engineer who wants more than just another development position.
