- Strong hands-on soldering and rework experience
- Comfortable replacing components down to 0402/0603 level
- PCB assembly, modification, and repair work
- Electronics testing and component-level fault finding
- Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, DVMs etc.
- Wiring, harnesses, looms, and prototype build support
- Experience working on electronic and mechanical assemblies
- IPC familiarity/certification
- Ability to read schematics and PCB layouts
- Interest in developing broader electronics knowledge
