This is a hands-on technical leadership position where you’ll own and drive the electronics design function across new product development.

You’ll collaborate closely with mechanical and optical teams to bring cutting-edge lighting products from concept through to production — ensuring quality, performance, and compliance at every stage.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the design and development of robust electronic systems for automotive lighting products
  • Define and continuously improve electronic design standards and documentation
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver fully integrated product solutions
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineers and partners
  • Ensure designs meet regulatory, performance, and reliability requirements
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative ideas into development
