We are looking for practical, hands-on individuals to join a growing production and assembly team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing, workshop, assembly or mechanical environment.
You do not need to be a highly qualified engineer for this position. We are primarily looking for reliable people with good practical ability, attention to detail and a positive attitude toward hands-on work.
The role involves assembling mechanical and electrical components, following work instructions and supporting the wider production team to deliver high-quality builds.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble products and components using hand tools and power tools
- Follow written and digital work instructions accurately
- Prepare parts and materials for production builds
- Identify and report assembly or fitment issues
- Support wiring and mechanical assembly tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members
- Follow health & safety procedures at all times
- Experience in production, assembly, workshop, manufacturing or mechanical environments
- Confident using basic hand tools and power tools
- Practical and hands-on mindset
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and processes
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Automotive, mechanical or electrical assembly experience
- Experience in factory or workshop environments
- Basic wiring or fitting experience
- Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
