About the Role

We are looking for practical, hands-on individuals to join a growing production and assembly team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing, workshop, assembly or mechanical environment. You do not need to be a highly qualified engineer for this position. We are primarily looking for reliable people with good practical ability, attention to detail and a positive attitude toward hands-on work.

The role involves assembling mechanical and electrical components, following work instructions and supporting the wider production team to deliver high-quality builds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble products and components using hand tools and power tools
  • Follow written and digital work instructions accurately
  • Prepare parts and materials for production builds
  • Identify and report assembly or fitment issues
  • Support wiring and mechanical assembly tasks
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members
  • Follow health & safety procedures at all times
