My client is seeking a SAP Master Data Management Analyst to be embedded within a major consumer goods client.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for Customer Master Data within SAP (ECC and S/4HANA), ensuring data integrity, standardisation, and governance across regions and business units.
- Analyse, profile, and cleanse customer data to support migration, harmonisation, and integration activities, including M&A projects.
- Maintain and update CRUD process documentation for customer data, ensuring alignment with core business processes such as Order to Cash and Record to Report.
- Collaborate with data stewards, business teams and IT to implement governance standards, workflow enhancements, and technical changes to customer data models.
- Manage and resolve cross-functional data issues, ensuring compliance with global data policies and governance frameworks.
- Support data quality initiatives, leveraging tools such as Collibra and SQL for analysis, monitoring and reporting.
- Prepare and deliver training materials and process documentation to drive adoption of data standards across markets.
- Contribute to the future-state design of Customer Master Data, supporting ongoing transformation programmes and S/4HANA initiatives.
Experience and Qualifications Required
- Customer Master Data Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA Customer Master and related domains (Vendor, Intercompany).
- Data Governance & Quality: Proficient in Collibra, SQL, data profiling, cleansing, harmonisation, and standardisation activities.
- SAP Master Data Processes: Strong understanding of Order to Cash, Record to Report and Business Partner data workflows.
- Documentation & Process Control: Skilled in maintaining CRUD process documentation, training materials, and governance frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with data stewards, business stakeholders, and IT teams on governance and transformation projects.
- Migration & Transformation: Hands-on experience supporting S/4HANA migration, M&A data integration, and future-state design.
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Clear communicator, able to influence and support global teams.
