A leading Marine Fuel supplier is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join its growing technology team. This role is responsible for driving agile delivery and release management across a complex application landscape, including platforms such as Aspect, OutSystems, and Microsoft Business Central.

You’ll work closely with technology and business stakeholders to coordinate multi-system releases, ensure delivery governance, and maintain high standards across planning, execution and post-release activities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead agile delivery and coordinated release management across multiple systems and platforms
  • Plan and execute integrated release schedules, including environment readiness, cutover planning, rollback procedures, and audit-ready documentation
  • Coordinate cross-functional, multi-location teams, ensuring effective communication, handovers, and on-call coverage across time zones
  • Facilitate sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and adherence to Definition of Ready and Definition of Done
  • Manage release calendars, CAB submissions, UAT processes, and post-release reporting
  • Track and prioritise defects, technical debt, operational risks, and delivery constraints
  • Clearly communicate scope, risks, dependencies, and release outcomes to senior stakeholders
  • Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and continuous improvement of delivery processes
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Delivery Manager or Scrum Master in complex, multi-system environments (e.g. ERP, CTRM, web, or bespoke applications)
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, CAB processes, and auditable release frameworks
  • Proven ability to coordinate and deliver multi-team releases across geographically distributed teams
  • Hands-on experience managing UAT, stakeholder engagement, and formal sign-off processes
  • Good understanding of software development practices, infrastructure, and modern release tooling (e.g. Azure DevOps / TFS)
  • Background in commodity trading, physical operations, or CTRM environments
  • Experience with OutSystems, Microsoft Business Central, or similar platforms
