X4 Technology are partnered with a global financial institution offering the opportunity for a Business Analyst to join their Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) function. The role will drive strategic and regulatory change across onboarding, monitoring, servicing and offboarding - enhancing compliance, operational efficiency and data-led decision making. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across business, change and technology functions.

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst (CLM):

  • Lead CLM change initiatives across onboarding, ongoing monitoring, servicing and offboarding.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance and experience.
  • Develop business cases, define delivery plans and track progress against KPIs.
  • Collaborate with business, change and IT teams to align priorities.
  • Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, influence senior stakeholders.
  • Build dashboards and reports (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to monitor lifecycle risks and drive data-led insights.

Requirements for the Business Analyst (CLM):

  • Proven business analysis and change delivery experience within financial services.
  • Familiarity with CLM, onboarding or similar regulatory functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

The role is paying £500-525/d on an inside IR35 basis. The initial contract is for 6 months, with significant scope to extend for the right candidate. First stage interviews are being lined up for W/C 19th May, so please apply online for immediate consideration.
