We’re partnering with a next-generation wearables startup based in London that’s redefining how technology integrates with clothing. The company specialises in subtle, lightweight wearables – technology so seamlessly embedded you wouldn’t know it’s there. With a successful product already in the market, they’re now entering their second iteration of hardware and embedded systems as they scale.

The Role:

  • Lead hardware development across wearable and sensor-based products
  • Own embedded electronics, PCB design, and firmware development
  • Integrate sensors for wearable applications
  • Support regulatory and certification processes

Technical Environment:

  • Embedded systems: ESP (current), moving toward Rockwell chips
  • PCB tools: Altium Designer, EasyPC
  • Wireless: Bluetooth Classic (ESP), Wi-Fi

Team & Setup:

  • Small, fast-moving team (8 people)
  • Majority onsite, with on-demand hybrid flexibility
  • London-based office

Compensation & Progression:

  • £70k+ base salary + meaningful equity
  • CTO compensation expected to rise closer to £100k (targeting Q4)
